OUR PROCESS

REVIEW & MEET

We begin by reviewing any plans already prepared so we can understand the project as a whole. We then meet you at your property to get to know you a little better and discuss your ideas, priorities, budget and preferred timescale.

PLAN & PREPARE

We agree the scope of work, provide a clear, itemised estimate and identify everything needed before construction begins. Once the details are approved, a small deposit secures your agreed start date and we begin preparing for the work ahead.

BUILD & COMPLETE

We manage the work from start to finish, coordinating the team and keeping you informed throughout. On completion, we carry out the final checks, provide the necessary paperwork and hand over a carefully finished space ready for you to enjoy.
